Sheboygan Area Lutheran  2005 Crusader Challenge

Location:	Sheboygan Lutheran HS ***AT the HS like last year***
Course:	Boy's Course  **NEW LAST YEAR** Girl's Course  **NEW LAST YEAR** The course has a long, not too steep-hill that you go up and then down.  There is the scenic flat area along the Sheboygan River and an exciting open field finish.  It is basically all grass except for a crossing of the blacktop road which occurs twice.  Spikes are recommended.
Times:	3:15 - Course Opens/Team Arrival
	4:00 - Grade School Open Run (1 mile) NO GS RACE THIS YEAR!!!!!!
	4:30 - Girl's Varsity Race  **We are running two varsity teams!!**
	5:00 - Boy's Varsity Race
	5:30 - Boy's and Girl's JV Race
	6:00 - Awards
