Medical Update:
On January 20, 2005, Angie had a six-hour long surgery to remove a
benign brain tumor. Thankfully,
the only residual effect of the tumor is permanent loss of some
hearing in her left ear and it will be weeks to months until she
regains her sense of balance. She
and her family praise God for the positive prognosis and hope you
will keep them in your prayers.
Grandma cares for the three children during the week and
Auntie Jody takes them on the weekends. To speed her recovery, the doctor has requested that the
children not be allowed home when Angie returns home.
That time will be difficult for Angie, but I’m sure her
faith will sustain her.
Angie asks that we keep in touch, but she doesn’t know how
much she will be able to be at a computer or phone so maybe cards
would be a wonderful way to let her and her family know that we are
praying and thinking of her!
