   Neil is married to Delaine and has two children - Kiana (Kiki) age 7 and Conor age 5.  Neil is still in the United States Air Force.  He began duties as Defense Attache, US Embassy, Libreville, Gabon in Central Africa in July 2004.  This is their second time in Africa, although the first was in a French speaking country.  (posted 11/10/04)
